Instructor of the Year 2012
While serving as Assistant Academics Officer from 01JAN2012 to 31DEC2012; HM1 Fraley consistently performed her demanding duties in an exemplary and highly professional manner, directly resulting in her selection as field medical battalion-east Instructor of the Year. She coordinated the Field Medical Service Technician course content review board resulting in 54 updated tasks. HM1 took the lead supervising teach backs for 10 staff members ensuring all received their command instructor qualification. Primary instructor for the Field Medical Services Officer course, she implemented new content and maintained 100 percent graduation rate. HM1 Fraley is a sought after instructor; she qualified 8 master training specialists, led a mobile training team to teach combat lifesaver to 24 marine combat trainers and coordinated the Tactical Combat Casualty Care scheduling for 5 courses and over 90 hours of instruction. Petty Officer Fraley’s professional ability, personal initiative and unswerving devotion to duty reflected credit upon herself and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the United States Naval Service.
