For professional achievement in the superior performance of his duties while serving as training company leading petty officer at Field Medical Training Battalion-East from January 2012 to December 2012. Petty officer Crittenden led 12 staff non-commissioned officers in planning and executing five training schedules. He flawlessly coordinated 2,240 hours of physical and academic training that contributed to the technical and professional development of sailors being assigned to marine corps operational forces. He processed 529 student pay and administrative requests enabling students to solely focus on learning in an optimal training environment. Additionally, he drafted 20 student awards, five graduation letters of instruction and four scripts resulting in the successful graduation of 1,165 students. His extraordinary contributions to the command led to his selection as the Field Medical Training Battalion-East senior service member of the year. Petty officer crittenden’s exceptional professionalism, personal initiative, and loyal devotion to duty reflected great credit upon him and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the united states naval service.
