Senior Chief Kuedituka enlisted in the United States Navy on 25 August 1992, and reported to basic training at Recruit Training Command San Diego, California.  Upon graduation, reported to Seaman Apprentice school.  Graduated and was advanced to E-3 for academic merit.  From there, he reported to Naval Air Station Adak, Alaska.


At NAS Adak, AK, he performed his duties as undesignated Seaman.  Six months later, he was selected Bluejacket of the quarter for NAS Adak, AK.  In July of 2004, he reported to Dental “A” school at NSDAT San Diego, CA.  He graduated as Honor student and was meritoriously advanced to DT3.  He received orders to Branch Dental Clinic NAS Oceana, VA.  In September of 1995, he was selected to attend NATO Conference in Williamsburg, VA as Luxemburg delegation liaison and French translator.  In June 1996, he deployed with USS Lamoure County (LST 1194) as the sole Dental Technician for the UNITAS Battle Group.  He was advanced to DT2 September 96 Navy-wide advancement examination.


In September of 1997, he reported to Field Medical Service School, Camp Johnson, NC.  Upon graduation, he reported to Naval School of Health and Science, Portsmouth, VA for Surgical Technologist “C” School.  Graduated with honor and received the Surgical Excellence award.  He received orders to 2D Dental BN, NC in August of 1998.  In June 2000, he was advanced to DT1.  In September 2001, he reported at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, VA as Dental Oral Maxillofacial Surgery department LPO.  Then he was moved up to serve as Dental Clinic LPO.  In October 2003, he terminated shore duty and reported onboard USS Harry S. Truman (HST).


In July 2004, was selected HST SOQ, and in September 2004, he was promoted to Chief Petty Officer.  Few months thereafter, he became HST Dental Department LCPO.  In December 2005, he was reassigned to Naval School of Health Science, where he served his three-year assignment as Surgical Technologist and Urology Technician School LCPO.  He transferred to 3d Medical Bn in November 2008 where he is served as H&S Company Senior Enlisted Leader (SEL).  In May 2009, he was promoted to Senior Chief.  Then in June 2010, he was appointed as Combat Logistics Regiment Navy SEL where he assigned additional duties as the Interim Command Master Chief for III Marine Logistics Group, Okinawa, Japan until October 2010.


From August 2011 to June 2012, he was one of the six Navy senior enlisted selected to attend the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy, the world’s top senior enlisted leadership academy, at Fort Bliss, TX.


He is currently serving as CMD SEL and Assistant Training Officer at Field Medical BN-East.


Senior Chief Kuedituka is qualified and re-qualified as Enlisted Fleet Marine Force Warfare Specialist, Surface Warfare Specialist, Air Warfare Specialist, and Master Training Specialist.

His personal awards include Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals (4), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medals (4), Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal.
