CITATION

PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENT IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HIS DUTIES WHILE SERVING AS SUPPLY ADMINISTRATIVE CHIEF, FIELD MEDICAL TRAINING BATTALION-WEST, CAMP PENDLETON, CALIFORNIA FROM DECEMBER 2011 TO MARCH 2012. AS SUPPLY ADMINISTRATIVE CHIEF, HE AIDED, FACILITATED, AND INTEGRATED THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE GLOBAL COMBAT SUPPORT SYSTEM MARINE CORPS, A MULTI BLOCK PROGRAM FOR LOGISTICS CHAIN MANAGEMENT THAT MODERNIZES THE USMC GROUND LOGISTICAL ARCHITECTURE AND MANAGEMENT. HE WAS INSTRUMENTAL IN PREPARING THE BATTALION’S LEGACY PROPERTY RECORDS FOR CUTOVER TO THE NEW SYSTEM BY SINGLE HANDEDLY RAISING CUTOVER READINESS FROM 86% TO 99% AND WAS CRITICAL IN ACHIEVING A 98% ACCURACY DURING A PRE-CUTOVER COMPLIANCE INSPECTION. CORPORAL CORREDOR WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS BY ASSUMING THE ROLE OF UNIT USER ACCOUNT MANAGER, A BILLET USUALLY HELD BY SENIOR ENLISTED AND OFFICERS. THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS, HE ENSURED THAT THE NEWLY FIELDED SYSTEM WAS IMPLEMENTED AS SEAMLESSLY AS POSSIBLE. CORPORAL CORREDOR’S INITIATIVE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND DEDICATION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE MARINE CORPS AND THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
