Marine Combat Training Battalion

Camp Geiger, NC
Hotel Company

Company Commander

Capt Toulotte

Welcome Marines, family, and friends to the Hotel Company website.

At Hotel Company, our mission is to create basic riflemen through standards-based, common combat skills training; skills that may one day save your life or the lives of the Marines around you.  This mission will be accomplished under the leadership and mentorship of an elite group of hand-picked Non-Commissioned Officers (NCO’s) and Staff Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCO’s) known as Combat Instructors (CI’s).  The CI’s of Hotel Company possess an immense wealth of knowledge across many Military Occupational Specialties (MOS).  Most, if not all, of these Marines have experienced combat and anxiously await the opportunity to share their experiences and knowledge with new Marines.

To incoming students:  Congratulations on your successful completion of recruit training and earning the title “Marine”.  Understand that your training has just begun.  Here at Marine Combat Training (MCT) Battalion, you will learn the basic combat skills that make “every Marine a rifleman.”  Over the twenty-nine day training cycle, you will be challenged both physically and mentally.  My expectation is that you arrive ready to train.

To family and friends:  By graduating recruit training, your Marine has faced a challenge that few have the courage to take, and even fewer complete.  Your support will ensure the continued success of your Marine as they undertake an intense twenty-nine day training cycle.  Please understand that the majority of this time will be spent in the field and your Marine will not have access to a computer or phone.  We, the staff of Hotel Company, thank you for the support you provide your Marine.  Especially considering your Marine has already demonstrated an immense sense of patriotism and service by joining the greatest fighting organization in the world during a time of war.  We look forward to meeting you at graduation, which will be held on Tuesday at 0930, exactly four weeks after the training period begins.

Semper Fidelis,

Captain D. S. Toulotte
