2-Sep-11 -- Military Police Instruction Company (MPIC) held a change of command at Colyer Park during which Captain John B. Bowe relinquished command of MPIC and assumed duties as the Company Executive Officer, after serving as the Compnay Commander for approximately six months. Major Ernest C. Lincoln assumed command of MPIC, coming to the Marine Corps Detachment, Fort Leonard Wood from 1st Marine Logistics Group.
