Combat Development and Systems Company provides the administrative and training support necessary to the Marines of the Combat Development and Integration Department, Systems Command, Marine Corps Warfighting Lab (MCWL), and Marine Corps Operational, Testing, Evaluation, and Analysis (MCOTEA), Headquarters Marine Corps, in order to facilitate the accomplishment of developing future operational concepts and determine how to best organize, train, educate, and equip the Marine Corps of the future.
