Marine spouses line up on the infamous yellow footprints before recieving their initial brief during Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego's Jayne Wayne Day, May 15. During Jayne Wayne Day, spouses learned close order drill, conquered the Confidence Course, fired at the Indoor Simulated Marksmanship Trainer and descended from the depot's 50-foot rappel tower. Jayne Wayne Day gives Marine spouses a first-hand look at what their loved ones do on a daily basis and allows them to experience not only the physical and mental challenges, but also the camaraderie.
