Blake, a Coast Guard Spouse, focuses on what Linda Stark, certified clinical hypnotherapist, said while hypnotizing the stress hypnotherapy class Sept. 28 aboard Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego. Blake came to the class looking for serenity after having a baby recently and dealing with everyday stressors. After the class she felt a sense of relaxation she said.
