Terra Pack, home visitor with the New Parent Support Program, speaks with Petty Officer 3rd Class Peejay Panganiban and his wife Petty Officer 2nd Class Lizette Panganiban, both hospital corpsman stationed with Balboa and Camp Pendleton respectively, about the opportunities available to them and their new daughter at the 4th annual Exceptional Family Member Program Activity and Resource Expo Feb. 26 at the Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego Field House. The EFMP assists families with special needs to find the resources they need to ensure a safe and happy home. The expo hosted 48 booths that offered assistance to families of all sorts and were all TRICARE authorized.
