Ms. Terra Eidinger

Ms. Terra Eidinger joined the Marine Corps team in 2010. Prior to joining the team, Terra completed the Army’s Career Program 32, and served as an Army Intern for the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command working at Combined Arms Support Command /Ft. Lee and later at Army Management Staff College /Fort Belvoir. Terra earned the Army Commander’s Award for Civilian Service, for serving as project lead for the accreditation process at AMSC, which obtained continuing education units for leadership courses. Terra has been featured as a vignette in the East Carolina University book, “Beyond Training; The Rise of Adult Education in the Military. Terra holds a M.S. in Instructional Technology from East Carolina University. She serves as the TECOM Community of Interest Management Analyst for the Civilian Workforce Development and Training Branch. Terra also was the lead for the first TECOM Health and Wellness event held in June 2016 to encourage unit cohesion and promote healthy lifestyles. She is the Editor of TECOM Connection and Education Community of Interest newsletters. Currently, she is the project lead for the recurring bimonthly "Coffee with SgtMaj Grigsby" events held at the National Museum of the Marine Corps.

Essentially, I think the newsletter humanizes the total workforce and that in turn promotes unit cohesion, allowing us to work toward a common goal.”
